Event planning and management has many times been reduced to managing the different services offered at the Event, like food, drinks, entertainment and others.

As an Event planner, my biggest role is to make my client’s dreams come true taking the dream from paper to the ground. Most successful events have had well-crafted event plans, a successful event is really 90% planning and 10 % execution therefore, any Good event planner should focus 90% of their energy on the plan and 10% on actual ground management. One feeds off the other.
